How does the mechanism work on dolls with eyes that close?
I’m just curious as to how those traditional dolls – the ones where the eyelids close when the doll is laid horizontally, and open when it is placed upright – work! I’ve tried to think it through, but can’t quite work it out.
it uses weights, if you angle something with those weights and it’s balanced well. Then the weights as we know follow gravity and will go down and thus the eyes open and close depending on the angle of the doll’s eyes.
